Managing Director - Maxine Wedderburn B.A. (Hons.), Postgraduate Diploma, Studies towards Masters in Social Psychology, Research Director of Hope Enterprises Ltd. Over 30 years experience in the field of commercial marketing, social research and evaluation. Has spearheaded the design and implementation of the various major projects conducted by Hope Enterprises over the years.
Presented at international research conferences, conducted various research workshops both locally and internationally, coauthor on many professional publications.
Among her vast experience has been the following:
- Evaluator, Mathematica/ Ministry of Labour & Social Services, Jamaica Qualitative evaluation component of PATH Project in Jamaica, 2003-2005
- Consultant, United Nations Drug Control Programme (UNDCP), Needs Assessment for Youth at Risk adolescent programme in Jamaica, 2003-2004
- Member of M&E Working Group, Ministry of Health, Jamaica, 2003
- Member of Task Force, for UNAIDS, USAID 3rd HIV/AIDS Prevention Conference; on “Benchmarks, Performance Indicators and Evaluation”, including the development of indicators for HIV/AIDS, in Washington March, 1996 .
- Consultant, United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), Adolescent Programme Needs Assessment in various Caribbean islands (Jamaica, Guyana, St. Lucia, St.. Kitts) 1997

Project Director - Deborah Bourne, M.A. in Environment, Development and Policy from the University of Sussex. Research Manager of Hope Enterprises Ltd. with over 8 years experience in the field of research. Participated in workshops both locally and internationally in qualitative research and advanced statistical applications for predictors of behaviour. Designed and managed many landmark research studies in the field of social research with Hope Enterprises Ltd..
Business Development Manager - Kurt-Dennis Wedderburn, BA (MIS Major) FIU. Specializes in the assessment, development and implementation of survey software with the following information technologies:
- Internet modules, PDA modules, CATI and CAPI modules as well as standard data entry programmes
- Interactive survey analysis software for report generation
- SMS surveying software
- Assessment, design and management of databases
- Management and maintenance of data server
Senior Project Manager - Tricia-Anne Morris, M.A Applied Social and Market Research from the University of Westminster with over 5 years experience in the management and implementation of market and social research projects from questionnaire design to analysis and report writing. Has advanced training in qualitative research methods and holds a certificate in consumer buying behaviour.
Field Supervisor - Beverley Baugh, FLMI, a qualified administrator in the life underwriting field who brought her superior training and supervisory skills to enhance the data collection services of Hope Enterprises Ltd. Now with over 20 years experience in the field she ensures that the integrity of the data we produce is of the highest quality. This has become one of the hallmarks of our work.
Administrative and Financial Manager - D. Joy Baugh with over 40 years experience at top management levels in her field brings control and rigor to the organization.
Project Managers:
- Veronica Samuels-Dixon, holds a BA in Geography from the University of the West Indies and has been a valuable member of the Hope family since 1998.
